Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, YachtReserve collects your name, email, travel preferences and any message you include. Please do not submit payment card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information.
How inquiries are handled
We use your information to review and respond to your request. Requests are stored in our hosted database and sent to our private contact inbox through FormSubmit, our email-delivery service. Hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. These providers process information to operate the website and deliver messages, potentially outside your country. FormSubmit states that its submission archive retains data for 30 days.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Before sharing your personal brief with a charter provider, we will discuss the introduction with you. Inquiry records are retained for up to 12 months unless an ongoing conversation requires them or you request earlier deletion. Operational security records use a rotating hash of network address information to limit spam; raw network addresses are not saved in the inquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs.
Cookies and website storage
This version of the website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The inquiry form uses a short-lived security token and may keep a submission reference in the current page while you use it. Fonts and campaign images are hosted with the site.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information by using the contact form and identifying your request. We may need to confirm your identity before taking action. Marketing enrollment is not part of the charter inquiry form.
External websites
Destination information links lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. We do not transmit your inquiry details when you simply follow one of these links.
